Program Manager

Responsibilities The Program Manager serves as the central point of accountability for overall contract execution, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication across a multi-disciplinary information technology (IT) services environment. The role coordinates work across engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, development, and support teams while ensuring that deliverables, schedules, risks, and customer communications are managed effectively. This role is the overall point of contact for the work. Requirements Ten years of experience in program or project management, including federal information technology (IT) or cybersecurity programs. Ability to quantify and communicate specific recommendations in written and verbal formats. Working understanding of IT and cybersecurity capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple concurrent activities. Attention to detail and the ability to define requirements and prepare task proposals, including budget and schedule development. Experience with project management tools, policies, procedures, and work instructions. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and evaluate deliverables against requirements.
