Physical Therapist, Outpatient Pelvic Health

Location: UCHealth Longs Peak Medical Center, Longmont CO

Department: UCSI LPMC Physical Therapy

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Exciting full-time opportunity within our established Pelvic Health service line and fast-growing rehab team! We are seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to serve the Longmont community, with an interest in oncology-related male and female pelvic health, as well as pelvic pain.

Minimum Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Physical Therapist:

• Assess and Diagnose: Conduct Comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Make a tangible difference as you create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Educate and instruct Patients: Provide through education to patients and their families: empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well-being.
