Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY
Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

SCHEDULE
4x10 hour shifts; 40 hours per week; Weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

REQUIREMENTS
- New York State RN License
- BLS (AHA certified)
- ACLS (AHA certified)
- Telemetry experience
- 1 year of recent experience in interventional radiology

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures.
- Perform intra-procedure monitoring and provide post-procedure recovery care in PACU and extended stay.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in trauma response and critical embolization procedures.
- Maintain a safe and efficient environment that meets infection prevention standards.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Required to wear hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops in procedural areas.
