About the Role:

Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a motivated Tech 1 to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in homeowners' lives by delivering expert foundation and basement repair solutions. Responsibilities:

Perform installation and repair of basement and foundation systems under the guidance of senior technicians

Assist with waterproofing, drainage, and structural repair projects at residential and commercial job sites

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently on a daily basis

Prepare job sites by excavating, cleaning, and prepping surfaces for foundation repair work

Follow project plans, safety protocols, and company procedures on every job

Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout the workday

Maintain and clean equipment, tools, and work vehicles

Requirements:

Prior experience in construction, foundation repair, or a related trade is a plus

Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working in confined spaces

Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up and getting the job done

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced crew members

Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
