Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse Navigator for the Structural Heart program serving St. Mary’s and Memorial Regional. The RN Navigator will guide patients through the healthcare system, help schedule care, and connect them with community resources to ensure a smooth care journey. Essential duties include educating patients, coordinating multidisciplinary care, tracking outcomes, and supporting quality improvement initiatives within a faith-based health system. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bon Secours
