We’re looking for crew members who bring urgency, focus, teamwork, and pride to every shift.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Starting Pay: $16 base + tips (can range from additional $4-8/hr)

Kitchen Crew Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare Eggman menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
• Follow recipes, prep procedures, and portioning standards
• Work efficiently during high-volume rushes while staying detail-oriented
• Communicate clearly with front of house and fellow kitchen crew members
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized stations throughout shifts
• Assist with food prep, restocking, dishwashing, and cleaning duties
• Handle food safely and follow all sanitation standards
• Represent the Eggman brand, culture, and values at all times
• Stay dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Support teammates wherever needed during shifts
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

• Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)
• Morning shifts (During our operating hours)
