Bilingual Receptionist

Sondra Gayle State Farm is seeking a friendly, organized bilingual receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers—answering phones, welcoming visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations in English and Spanish. En Sondra Gayle State Farm buscamos un(a) recepcionista bilingüe amable y organizado(a). Serás el primer contacto para nuestros clientes—contestando llamadas, recibiendo visitas y ayudando con las tareas diarias de oficina en inglés y español.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and greet customers/visitors professionally
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
Maintain the front desk area and keep information organized
Provide basic customer support and route requests to the correct team member
Handle routine administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, emails)

Requirements:

Fluent bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using computers and office tools (email, scheduling, basic systems)
Professional, reliable, and friendly attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an insurance, office, or customer-facing environment
Ability to handle a busy front desk in a calm, organized way
Experience with social media marketing/coordination is a plus (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Compensation: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
