- Stable, Block Scheduling: Work 3-4 consecutive days on, then enjoy multiple days off-perfect for work-life balance.

- Family & Team Communication - Maintain clear, respectful updates with loved ones and the care team.
- Prior experience as a live-in caregiver, home health aide, or PCA preferred.
- Confidence with safe transfers and basic housekeeping/cooking.
- Must be able to transfer clients with a mechanical lift or pivot transfer
- Compassionate, reliable, and mindful of privacy in a client's home.
