St. Andrew's Parks and Playground Commission is seeking a Maintenance Tech - Building Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming public facilities for our community.

This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations at St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus, our community fitness center, along with other recreation facilities. Essential Duties

• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and operation of all St. Andrew's Parks and Playground buildings, including St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus
• Conduct minor repairs to the building structure and some contents to ensure the safety of patrons and the smooth operation of the club
• Perform minor maintenance of fitness and sports equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and walkways

Schedule (Full-time, Non-Exempt)

• Wednesday - Sunday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Occasional overtime may be available to assist with special events and facility setups.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of building maintenance experience required
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record required to drive agency vehicles and operate agency equipment

Salary/Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
