Job Details Job Location: Recovery Sports Grill Troy - Troy, NY 12180 Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly Job Category: Restaurant - Food Service Come and join our amazing team! Minimum Requirements Previous serving and/or bartending experience Must be 18 years of age or older Knowledge of service and food and beverage products Serve Safe certification complete TIPS certification complete Excellent basic math skills; ability to operate a cash register or POS system Ability to stand for up to 5 hours continuously Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds Shift Supervisor Responsibilities Assists managers in all phases of restaurant operations and may act in their absence Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines and focuses on guest satisfaction Exhibits a professional image and promotes a positive work environment Completes managerial duties when the manager is not present Ensures all food and products are consistently prepared and served in accordance with recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards Achieves company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of the facility, and sanitation Controls cash and other receipts by following cash handling and reconciliation procedures Enforces alcohol awareness on a shift-to-shift basis Fills in where needed to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations Ensures all products are received in correct unit count and condition, and deliveries are performed according to receiving policies and procedures Corrects unsafe practices or conditions Applies personnel policies and administers prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any violations of company policies, rules, and procedures Fully understands and complies with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations pertaining to health, safety, and labor requirements for the restaurant, employees, and guests Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Investment Referral Bonus Associate Development Plan Opportunities Internal Promotion Opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Benefits, FSA, and HSA account options available to full-time associates Restaurant Discounts/Perks Program Most positions require weekend and holiday availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
