Injection Molding Supervisor

Location 600 Vista Drive, Sparta, Tennessee 38583 Work Shift 12hr-D Shift (United States of America) Essential Functions Handle and operate any machinery, tools or equipment used safely while performing job duties. Ensure effective employee relations, provide employee coaching and development, make employment decisions, and resolve employee issues through problem resolution. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas and continuously improve in all areas. Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provide regular progress reports to manager. Provide leadership. Perform accident investigations. Maintain proper inventory levels. Manage department priorities. Track absenteeism and timekeeping. Communicate effectively with Plant Manager & Human Resources. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma/GED Ability to learn basic measurements/mathematics 3-5 years production/manufacturing experience Preferred Education and Experience Previous management/supervisor experience a plus Overtime Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
