Evening Shift LPN

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to our seniors, including medication administration, vital signs, and personal care

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

About the Role:

As an LPN, you'll be an integral part of our care team, working closely with our skilled nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure our residents receive the highest level of care. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents and their families, and make a positive impact on their daily lives.

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric setting preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors and their families
