responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product management and financial planning teams to define, architect, and build user-centric solutions.

Design, develop, and thoroughly test clean, maintainable code utilizing React on the front end and Golang on the back end, deploying directly to AWS.

Champion functional JavaScript and a strict front-end philosophy, utilizing the Context API (strictly avoiding Redux or Zustand) and building streamlined, "dumb" components.

Actively participate in daily standups, ScrumBan estimations, and pair programming sessions to drive a mainline development environment.

Write comprehensive automated tests for all code to ensure high reliability and performance, dedicating the necessary time to maintain pristine code quality.

Engage in weekly technical skill-building sessions, bi-weekly performance optimization sprints, and biannual team hackathons.

qualifications:
5 to 10 or more years of professional full-stack web development experience.

3 or more years of extensive, recent experience utilizing React (version 16 or newer).

Strong proficiency in functional JavaScript, the module pattern, and utilizing the Context API for state management.

Solid hands-on experience working with relational databases, specifically MySQL.

A strong passion for continuous learning and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, highly adaptable tech startup environment.

Ability to work 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States.
