Position Overview

The District Manager will oversee 4-6 restaurant locations in the Richmond, VA market. Individual restaurant volumes average approximately $2.5M annually. This leadership role focuses on driving profitability, operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction. No late-night operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support 4-6 restaurant locations
Develop and retain high-performing management teams
Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
Ensure execution of company standards and guest experience initiatives
Analyze P&L performance and implement improvement strategies
Monitor labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
Conduct regular restaurant visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

Qualifications

3+ years of District Manager, Area Director, Area Supervisor, or equivalent multi-unit leadership experience
Experience overseeing 4-6 restaurant locations
Fast Casual experience preferred
Strong QSR or Traditional Fast Food leadership experience will be considered
Proven track record of developing managers and driving results
Strong financial and operational acumen
Ability to travel throughout the Richmond market
