Schedule Options

We are a 24/7, 365-day organization with opportunities that may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends

Scheduling availability may vary by location and program needs.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, assess, and document health status
• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical guidance and support to direct care staff
• Respond appropriately to health-related concerns and emergencies
• Promote the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support

What You Bring

We're looking for compassionate, dependable nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality care.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Tennessee
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to person-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, behavioral health, or developmental disabilities services
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in residential or community-based settings
