Oracle Cloud ERP Architect

Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) expertise to lead the technical design, architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise B2C commerce solutions . The ideal candidate should be highly hands-on, with strong experience in OCC customization, integrations, solution architecture, and technical leadership. The candidate will work closely with business, product, engineering, and client teams to deliver scalable and high-performing commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) B2C implementations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for OCC customizations, enhancements, configurations, and integrations .
• Design scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance commerce solutions.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture and implementation approaches.
• Lead integration of OCC with third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, ERP/CRM systems, and enterprise platforms .
• Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and establish development best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and engineering teams.
• Drive technical estimations, effort sizing, solution assessments, and delivery governance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and client stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, security practices, and performance requirements.
• Participate in deployment planning, production support, and issue resolution when required.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) .
• Strong understanding of B2C eCommerce architecture and implementations .
• Experience with OCC customization, extensions, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations .
• Experience integrating commerce platforms with enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience with application performance, scalability, and security.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

• Ability to lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong architecture and solution-design capabilities.
• Ability to mentor and guide development teams.
• Experience managing technical deliverables across distributed teams.
