About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing or related field.
• Valid Michigan plumbing license or apprentice status.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
