Rehab Job Developer: Build Opportunities & Employer Ties
Goodwill NYNJ
Goodwill NYNJ is seeking a Job Developer to create community-based job opportunities for Rehab consumers. You will schedule interviews, place clients, and build strong employer relationships across Northern New Jersey. You will document services, support reporting for funders, and ensure CARF compliance, while planning job fairs and engaging with local employers. In this role you will travel to employer sites, educate employers about ADA considerations and funding incentives, and help clients #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwill NYNJ
