You'll handle incoming customer calls, follow up on opportunities, make outbound calls, and help ensure homeowners get connected with the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services they need.We're looking for someone who's hungry to hit goals, comfortable being measured on performance, and motivated by an incentive-based compensation structure.If you're competitive, persuasive without being pushy, and enjoy working toward measurable goals, we want to talk to you.What You'll Be DoingAnswer inbound customer calls and convert opportunities into booked service appointmentsBuild rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and identify how Sila can best help the customerMake proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customersFollow up on open opportunities, unsold estimates, maintenance needs, and other customer inquiriesHelp fill available appointment capacity and maximize booking opportunitiesEducate customers on relevant services, maintenance options, promotions, and solutionsOvercome customer objections and confidently ask for the appointmentFollow up with customers who previously expressed interest but have not yet scheduled serviceAccurately enter customer information, call notes, and appointment details into ServiceTitanPartner with Dispatch, Operations, and field teams to create a smooth customer experienceMeet and exceed individual and team performance goalsTrack your results and take ownership of improving your performanceWhat We're Looking ForCustomer service, inside sales, call center, appointment-setting, or similar experienceCompetitive, motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable goalsExperience with bonuses, incentives, or performance-based compensation preferredStrong phone presence with the ability to build rapport and overcome objectionsComfortable making both inbound and outbound callsSelf-motivated, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ServiceTitan is a plusScheduleThis is a full-time, in-office position in King of Prussia, PA.We're specifically looking for candidates who can work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or a swing schedule that includes Saturdays.
