WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Experience in facilities or residential maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, welding, and plumbing
- Ability to work throughout the Cedar Springs and Kent City area
- Fair housing training is preferred
THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE
No two days are the same, but here's a taste of what you'll be up to:
- Completing work orders for residents, ensuring fast and effective responses to their needs
- Collaborating with the property manager to maintain pristine site conditions, addressing issues proactively before they escalate
- Turning units to prepare for new move-ins, welcoming families to their new homes
YOUR TYPICAL SHIFT:
We are looking for a full-time Affordable Housing Maintenance Tech who can work from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll also be on-call for emergencies as needed.
