Position: General Labor

Pay Rate: $17.00 /hourly

Location: Modesto, CA

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform various tasks to support our operations, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team setting. The General Laborer will assist in various projects while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform material handling, assembly, quality control, and general maintenance

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas

Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to fulfill project requirements

Operate basic machinery and tools as needed

Adhere to safety guidelines and practices to maintain a safe work environment

Support team members in various tasks and projects as required

Qualifications:

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

Ability to work well in a team and follow directions

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in varying weather conditions
