Position: Restaurant Manager

Casual Theme - Industry Leader

Location: Waterford, CT 06385

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service dining environment.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.
Commitment to upholding food safety and service standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant Manager in Waterford, CT you will:

Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing, guest-focused team.
Monitor labor and food costs to support overall profitability.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategies to drive sales and improve efficiency.
Foster a positive, motivating work environment for all team members.
