Construction Detailer / Design Technician Location: Hayward, CA Job Description A well-established structural metal decking contractor is seeking a skilled Construction Detailer / Design Technician to join its team. This is not a back-office drafting role—your work directly supports fabrication, installation, and successful project delivery in the field. Your shop drawings become the blueprint for real-world structures, and your attention to detail keeps projects moving forward. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers and field leadership, solve design challenges, and see your work progress from screen to steel.
