Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day. Benefits Hourly pay plus commission/bonus. Flexible hours. Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000. Auto, home, and life insurance coverage. Retirement planning support. Location: South Austin, Texas. Requirements People-oriented. Organizational skills. Detail oriented. Dedicated to customer service. Ability to multi‑task. Ability to relate effectively to customers. Bilingual – Spanish preferred. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
