Director of Rehab

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Director of Rehab to join our dynamic team. As a Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for successful operations of your assigned location(s) ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered efficiently while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients. Primary Job Responsibilities Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor). Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers. Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered to ensure adherence to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance. Ensure the clinical management of the rehab department, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes. Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development and support of all staff and contract labor. Provide excellent customer service to the customer (location) team, provide reports, and develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population.
