Vehicle Requirements Fuel-efficient vehicle with a good MPG rating No vans or gas guzzlers Pay & Contractor Status 1099 Independent Contractor Drivers earn a minimum of $125.00 per day in matched trips, earn more once the daily threshold is met Paid weekly via direct deposit General Preliminary Requirements: Be 21 years of age or older. Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years. Be a registered owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition. Have a clean Criminal Background History free of felonies and violent or sexual crimes (past 7 years). Have a good Driving Record - No more than one (1) moving violation or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no license revocations or suspensions in the past 5 years. Complete and successfully pass Drug Screening, including marijuana. Network Onboarding Requirements: Clean background & driving record. Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or willing to obtain) CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to complete) Complete CTAA PASS and NSC Driver Safety online training (2–3 hrs each; provided) Why work with Provado Mobile Healthcare? We are seeking professional, punctual, polite, and responsible individuals to use their own vehicles to serve as independent Mobile Care Providers, driving members of select health plans to and from their dialysis appointments. Often thought of as a healthcare Uber Driver, no medical care is required during transfer – simply reliable, on-time service.
