Senior Events Manager FLSAStatus:Exempt Reportsto:SVP,Marketing Location:Dallas,TX(Thisisanonsiteposition) Status:Full-time RoleDescription FreightbrokersputanincredibleamountoftrustinHighwayandthattrustwillbeextendedtoyou.HighwayislookingforaSeniorEventsManagertoworkdirectlyfortheSVP,Marketingtoleadtheeventlifecycleandexecutionofmarketingcampaignsthatdrivebrandawareness,leadgeneration,andcustomerengagement.TheidealcandidateisananalyticalthinkerandcreativeproblemsolverwithexperienceinB2Bmarketing,socialmediastrategy,andeventsmanagement.Youwillworkcross-functionallywithproduct,sales,customerexperience,andcontentteamstodeliverimpactfulactivationsthatgeneratemeasurableresults. Yourrole: WorkdirectlywiththeSVP,Marketingtostrategizeandexecuteoncustomer-facingandappreciationevents,tradeshows,webinars,conferences,andemployeebasedeventsacrossadynamicorganization. OverseeHighway'sUserSummitthroughpre-planning,organization,toexecutionandROItracking. Planandmanagein-personandvirtualevents,includinglogistics,promotions,andspeakercoordination,comfortablyinterfacingwithinternalandexternalstakeholders. Securespeakingengagementsandpreparespeakerswithkeymessagingandbriefingmaterialstailoredtotherelevantaudienceandeventtype. Overseeeventcommunications,frompre-eventpromotiontopost-eventfollow-ups. Strategizeandcreateeventcontent,includingpresentations,discussionpoints,emails,socialmediaposts,andlandingpages. Leadwebinarstrategy,managingtopics,speakers,andaudienceengagement. Analyzeeventperformance,trackrelevantKPIs,andprovideinsightsforcontinuousimprovement. Qualifications Bachelor'sDegreeinMarketing,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfieldrequired. 5-7yearsofexperiencewithtradeshow,customerfacingevents,andwebinarmanagement. Strongorganizationalandprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleeventsandprojectssimultaneously. Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,highlyskilledinwritingandcreatinguniquecontentforcampaigns. ExperiencewithZoomWebinars,HubSpot,Salesforce, Monday.com highlypreferred. Abilitytoproblem-solveontheflyandensureaseamlesseventexperiencepre,duringandpostevents.
