Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, a premier skilled nursing facility located in Excelsior Springs, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a dedicated and resident-focused care provider, we are committed to delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and Vital Sign assessments

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to enhance resident care and experience

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
