Client Success Manager

Own the relationship after the contract is signed. You will make sure every US client feels heard, sees value, and grows with us — turning good projects into long-term partnerships. Clients should feel like our team is an extension of theirs, and you are the reason why. Account Ownership Own a portfolio of US client accounts post-launch. Run regular business reviews that connect our work to client outcomes. Be the trusted point of contact clients reach for first. Growth & Retention Spot expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales on renewals and upsells. Track account health metrics and act before churn signals become churn. Drive measurable retention and expansion across your portfolio. Advocacy & Health Champion client feedback internally and close the loop when we act on it. De-escalate issues with empathy and a concrete plan. Turn satisfied clients into references and case studies. Requirements 3+ years in customer success or account management for tech services or SaaS. Demonstrated retention and expansion results. Excellent communication with both business stakeholders and engineers. Comfort discussing project scope, timelines, and budgets. US-based with flexibility for occasional client visits. Nice to Have Experience with offshore delivery models. Familiarity with software development lifecycles. CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce). #J-18808-Ljbffr
