User Growth Product Manager - TikTok Shop

About the team:The US TikTok Shop User Growth team is responsible for building scalable growth engines across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. We focus on enabling lifecycle strategies through platforms such as recommendations, subsidies, user segmentation, and assortment optimization. Our goal is to unlock sustainable, ROI-positive growth by combining product innovation, data science, and operational excellence.Responsibilities:- Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention to drive scalable user and GMV growth.- Build and optimize core growth levers including recommendation surfaces, subsidy frameworks, user segmentation, and assortment exposure.- Partner with Data Science and Algorithm teams to identify high-value user cohorts and deploy targeted growth interventions.- Own experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, holdouts, incrementality) to improve key metrics such as conversion rate, repurchase rate (RPR), and average revenue per user.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Ops, and Merchandising to align on growth initiatives and execution.- Translate user insights and behavioral data into product features that improve lifecycle efficiency and long-term user value.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or above.- Experience owning or contributing to core growth or product metrics in a consumer internet or e-commerce environment.- Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure problems and derive insights from data.- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development.- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.Req ID: A240855
