Clinical Pharmacist

Under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services, ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use by preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition, distribution and control of all drug therapyto patients under the care of the pharmacist.

Job Requirements

Education:

• PharmD degree (or Bachelor's plus 2 years hospital pharmacy experience).

Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations:

• Licensure to practice pharmacy (or eligibility within 45 days of hire) in the state of Massachusetts.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal skills towards our customers (including patients, physicians and nurses) and fellow employees of the hospital.

Compensation Range:

$43.03- $62.50

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
