CT Tech

This position requires a CT Tech to perform a variety of CT scans. The tech will work flexible hours on either Saturdays or Sundays as needed. Some call responsibilities are required after shift hours until the next morning. A patient ratio of 1:1 is expected. Previous experience in adult acute care and pediatric acute care is preferred. The tech will use various charting systems, particularly Epic. Experience in Level II trauma centers is advantageous. The candidate should have skills in starting peripheral IVs and preparation or administration of contrast media. Client safety knowledge is also essential for this role. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, and geriatrics. The work environment may require versatility across different patient diagnoses and special procedures. It is important to have the ability to float to different assignments as needed. The fulfillment of scheduling requests and adherence to contracted hours is mandatory. The candidate must provide two professional references for verification. This position involves a commitment to performing the necessary duties in a professional manner.
