Location: Tolleson, AZ 85043
Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, overtime as needed
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview:
As a Wire Cutting Machine Operator , you will support electrical construction projects by preparing, measuring, and cutting wire/cable to exact customer specifications. This role requires operating specialized wire cutting and spooling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate wire cutting/spooling machines and manage reels
• Review and interpret customer orders, verify wire/cable types and sizes
• Handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and push/pull materials (up to 75 lbs.)
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and inventory updated
• Safely operate reach trucks and forklifts (preferred)

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or wire cutting experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in varied temperatures
• Accurate measurement and calculation skills; basic computer skills a plus
• Steel toe boots required (must provide your own; gloves and goggles supplied)
