**Job Title: Caregiver - Full Time, 2nd Shift Only**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team on a full-time basis for the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide empathetic and personalized care to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor clients' health and report any significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients conducive to their needs.
- Foster a supportive and trusting relationship with clients and their families.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of care provided and any incidents that occur.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare and support staff to deliver comprehensive care services.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle physical demands associated with caregiving tasks.
- First aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours and occasional weekends or holidays if needed.
