Job Description Job Profile- PeopleSoft Project Lead Duration-25 Months Location- Austin, TX
- Experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Manager for multiple large PeopleSoft projects.
- Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials.
- Experience managing ERP Development Lifecycles.
- Experience performing PeopleSoft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test
- Experience with developing PeopleSoft upgrade paths
- Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Proven project team building skills
- Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Ability to alter project direction based on business needs or legislative directions
- Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development
- Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
- Experience with configuration documentation and review in PeopleSoft 9.2
- Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft environment 8.8 to 9.2
- Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and People Tools 8.53
- Experience with the CAPPS State of Texas Baseline PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management
- Experience in managing and coordinating functional module leads through a PeopleSoft Implementation or Upgrade
- Experience with the PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management.
- Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
