Streets of St Charles Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location & Schedule Location: 1520 South 5th Street, Suite 103 St. Charles, Missouri 63303 Work Schedule: Monday 8:30 am-6 pm; Tuesday 7:30 am-6 pm; Wed 7:30 am-5 pm; Thursday 7:30 am-5 pm; Friday 7:30 am-3 pm 2‑doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix! 60‑min recare, 90‑min new patient appointment. Compensation & Benefits Bi‑weekly, hourly pay with the option to opt into Daily Pay to receive a paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Instruments: Arestin, iTero, Velscope with CE coverage available. Full‑time (minimum 30 hours) to receive the full benefits package, including UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall dental health maintenance. Clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office/doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
