Lawn Maintenance Worker

Greenwood Cemetery Association

Job Description

Maintain landscaping of the grounds including cuttings grass, maintaining lawn, around walkways and memorial markers, laying sod and removal of leaves and debris from grave-sites

Other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High school education is desirable

Valid driver's license

Relevant experience/training

Basic knowledge and skills related to maintenance

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, walking, ect. as job may require

Ability to work in adverse weather conditions Ability to operate hand tools, small machines/equipment

Work Environment: 40 hours a week

FULL TIME SEASONAL could lead to permanent position

May work evenings and weekends to accommodate funeral schedules and cemetery needs
