Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive mental health services among various stakeholders, including case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to maintain continuous education and enhance team dynamics.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative workplace, promoting a thriving team culture through active engagement and support of colleagues.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each client’s development, background, and family dynamics, using evidence-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals facing life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with prior experience using Valant being a notable advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with a diverse client base and familiarity with telehealth delivery.

• Experience in collaboratively designing and implementing treatment plans with interprofessional teams.

Compensation and Benefits
