Occupational Therapist- with Milestone Bonus

Position Overview Compass Center, Inc. is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy agency founded by parents of a special needs and medically complex child. We are hiring occupational therapists to provide early start evaluations and in‑home or remote services to families of infants and toddlers (ages 0‑3) with developmental delays. Responsibilities Complete early start evaluations for infants and toddlers. Provide in‑home and remote therapeutic services. Meet required billable hours and build caseload according to scheduling needs. Work in the families’ homes. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy accredited by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). California OT license. Knowledge of normal child development birth to age 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual applicants encouraged. Basic computer skills; Google Workspace knowledge is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and work in homes. Benefits Pay DOE up to $65 per billable hour. Paid drive time and mileage. 401(k) available for eligible employees.
