Job description A growing Rehab organization in the industry, Rehab Advisors a division of Tender Touch Rehab Services and provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy to in-house Skilled Nursing Facilities across the country. Responsibilities Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD’s orders. Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities. Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges. Complete all documentation. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
