As our Lead Installer, you'll lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish while maintaining the quality and professionalism our customers expect. Responsibilities include:

• Leading residential HVAC installation crews
• Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers, and air handlers
• Installing and modifying ductwork
• System start-up, commissioning, and customer education
• Training and mentoring apprentice installers
• Maintaining clean, organized job sites
• Ensuring every installation meets company quality standards and local building codes
• Delivering a true five-star customer experience

Travel is primarily throughout Western Pennsylvania, including Meadville, Conneaut Lake, Edinboro, Erie, Mercer, and surrounding communities.

We're searching for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys helping build a winning team. Qualifications include:

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while leading a crew
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds

Experience with boilers, radiant heating, and hydronic systems is highly preferred but not required. If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you become one of the area's most versatile HVAC and hydronic professionals.

Additional requirements include:

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
