Part-Time Sales Associate (Part-Time Only)
Please note: This is a PART-TIME position only. Applicants seeking full-time employment or full-time hours should not apply.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our gift shop team. If you enjoy helping customers, and working in a friendly retail environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product selection.
- Operate the POS register accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and maintain attractive displays.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with gift wrapping and other daily store tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds and can climb a 6' ladder.
- Available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
Important Scheduling Information
This position is permanently part-time. Hours generally range from 15–25 hours per week . We are seeking someone who is specifically looking for a long-term part-time position.
This role is an excellent fit for someone who:
- Wants supplemental income.
- Is retired or semi-retired.
- Prefers part-time work for work-life balance.
