Quality Operator

Quality OperatorFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Quality Operator to support subassembly & final assembly operations and perform quality inspections. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Quality department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Quality Operator will verify product quality standards, perform inspections, and assist the Quality Department as needed.ResponsibilitiesFollow the direction of the Quality Engineers/Manager to investigate production quality issuesRecognize and identify different electronic componentsUse common electronic tools in quality inspection and testing tasksSupport subassembly and final assembly operationsTest subassemblies and final assemblies for complianceEnsure repair technicians follow established troubleshooting and repair proceduresGenerate finished work under time constraintsPerform final inspections as needed, prepare detailed quality inspection reportsSort rejected/quarantined products and maintain proper repair line orderVerify repaired units meet standards of appearance, functionality, and qualityUse visual acuity to read prints and interpret codes or alphanumeric informationProvide feedback to supervisors about observed trends or unusual failuresEnsure production tools are properly calibrated and functioning correctlyOther Duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1+ year of experience as an Inspector or Quality Technician strongly preferredExperience with server troubleshooting and repairMust be capable of lifting 30 pounds and standing for extended periodsReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.
