Client Service Representative (CSR)- Full-Time Garden Oak Veterinary Center in Houston is seeking a friendly, customer servicedriven individual to join our team! Position Overview: The Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in creating an outstanding client experience. As the first and last point of contact, this position sets the tone for each visit by providing a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is a true "people person" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets. CSRs must be able to multitask efficiently, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly and compassionatelyespecially in emotional or high-stress situations. A strong understanding of hospital services and the ability to confidently relay that information to clients is essential.
