Foster Care Case Manager

Foster Care Case Manager Full-time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager in our Malden area office to provide intensive case management to youths. Responsibilities include communication and relationship building with clients and all collateral partners (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc.), setting limits for youth, developing interventions, setting goals toward individual successes in conjunction with client’s guardians, therapist and other providers. Must participate in on-call services as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in the human service or behavioral science field LSW, LSWA, or license-eligible Familiarity with trauma-informed care Approved CORI & DCF background checks (preformed by the EEC) Approved driving background check Valid driver's license Auto insurance policy to meet NCYF requirements: Optional Bodily Injury to Others limits $100k per person / $300k per accident, Damage to Someone Else’s Property limits $100k on personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients.
