24-hour shifts.  No on-call duties.  Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance.  Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter).  OB Hospitalist coverage model ensures two providers are scheduled and on-site at all times to support continuous patient care and team collaboration.  First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians.  Strong, reliable back-up call system.  Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies.  Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success.  Join a cohesive, collaborative, and energetic group of hospitalists who value trust, communication, and teamwork.  Guaranteed hourly rate.  Extra shift incentive pay is available.  Holiday pay incentives.  433-bed, acute care hospital in South Arlington.  Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) beds.  Level III Maternal Designation.  33 medical/surgical rooms, including 14 antepartum rooms.  23 labor and delivery rooms.  3 C-section operating rooms.
