Scratch kitchen experience preferredProven ability to coach and develop leaders through feedback and performance management.Adaptability and the ability to lead teams through change.A minimum age requirement of 21 yearsExcellent communication and relationship building skills with a passion for delivering Uncompromising Hospitality and developing high-performing teamsIs results-driven; able to coach team to hit restaurant targets (i.e. Wine Club Community growth) with a strong business acumen and financial decision-making skillsAbility to read, understand and communicate in EnglishDemonstrates financial acumenExtensive food knowledge and standards (Executive Kitchen Manager level)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirementsMust be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidaysMust be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Must be able to stand for at least 10 hours per shiftMust be able to work 50-60 hours per weekCooper’s Hawk reviews several factors when establishing compensation.
