Clinical Pharmacist Medication Safety & Quality Improvement

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Atlanta, Georgia. The candidate will provide clinical pharmacy services, monitor patient care, and serve as a resource in educational programming for healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include involvement in medication safety improvement projects and ensuring compliance with safety standards. A graduate from an accredited pharmacy school and an active Georgia Pharmacist license, along with two years of clinical experience, are required.
