Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Comfort developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to engage children in fun, motivating therapy sessions
• Organizational skills for managing a small caseload efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to a caseload of about 30 students, supporting their educational and developmental needs
• Complete thorough evaluations and required documentation
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
• Communicate progress to staff and families in clear, supportive ways
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to help students gain functional skills for school participation
• Act as a resource to staff regarding modifications, equipment, and classroom strategies
