Desktop Support Tech
Location: 2800 Centre Ave, Reading PA Pay Rate: $24/HR Creating and resolving Desktop issues For First Energy employees in Solution Café/Store front office onsite, and Remote. Primary duties will include standard desktop/Laptop break/fix items
• Receive user calls via phone or Walk-ups and offer support.
• Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
• Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
• Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool.
Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365). CompTIA A+ Great to have.
